In use·Training & Recovery

Around the session, not instead of it.

WOX is water. It won't replace your fueling, your sleep, or your program. Athletes in Japan drink it around training because it's easy to carry, has nothing in it, and because of what a small study measured.

How it's used around a session.

Before

4 to 8 fl oz (125–250 mL), about 30 minutes out.

During

Sips between efforts. It's flat and soft, so it sits well.

After

The rest of the bottle in the hour after.

These are patterns, not prescriptions. There is no dose. It's water.

One minute, twelve people, a result on blood flow.

We think that's interesting. We don't think it's proof of anything about your performance. Most studies of conventional oxygen water found no effect on endurance,2 and no one has run an endurance trial on WOX. Yet.

In Japan, WOX is used by professional athletes in baseball, golf, cycling, and sumo. The company sponsors some of them.

Team WOX

Riders, not spokespeople.

The company has sponsored a small cycling team since the 2010s. The riders race, the company supplies water, and the results are the results. In the United States we'll do the same thing with the Field Program: supply, log, publish, disclose.

Log it with us.

We supply small groups of athletes and crews who agree to log how they use WOX for a set period. We publish what we learn, name people only with their consent, and always disclose that product was supplied. We don't pay for endorsements. If that's you or your team, tell us.
